Hi I’m Samantha Jayne and provide a range of Interior Design services including Floor Plan drawing for real estate.
With over 15 years in the creative design industry as a graphic designer with a BSc (Hons) in Design, I am a multidisciplinary designer. In 2026 I completed further studies in Interior Design gaining a NZ Certificate in Interior Design and a Diploma in Interior Design with the Interior Design Institute.

2D Floor Plans
A scaled diagram of a room or building viewed from above. It shows visual representation of the layout, showing walls, doors, windows, and room dimensions. It allows for a clear understanding of how different areas connect and interact with each other.
Furniture Layout (Space Planning)
Arranging a room's layout to maximize function and optimal space, before adding decorative elements. This is a great package for furniture layout and decor in your space. Ideal for those who already have professionally drawn floorplans.
Wall Elevations
Two-dimensional drawings that show the vertical, straight-on view of specific interior walls within a space. Unlike a floor plan (top-down view), these drawings are essential for visualizing how walls, cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes will look once constructed.
Mood/Concept Board
A mood board is a collection of images, colours, textures and materials put together to evoke a certain emotion in a space. It represents how you want to feel in the space.
Furniture / Product selections
Here I will thoughtfully choose furniture pieces, decor and soft furnishings in your chosen style. You will be provided with a detailed shopping list including pricing and suppliers so you can put the space together in your own time.
